"Commander," Dunbar said, glancing over at Kehlani to his right at their console, using his head to get her to come over to his place. "Come look at this." Devlin was wearing his uniform all prim and proper, but had opted for the vest variant. Nothing made him feel more Irish than wearing a vest with just about anything else. Plus, today his brogue was standard English with the Irish twist, like Miles O'Brien, and many others. This was because over the past few months he realized that when he spoke to folks and poured it on thick, most could not understand over half of what he was saying. Heathens, the lot, he mused to himself with an internal grin.

"What is it," Kehlani asked as she stepped over and looked to the monitor Devlin was observing. On it were eleven blips, all at the outer markers, requesting permission to cross into the M-69 security zone and approach the station. "Who are they?"

"Freighters and transports, the lot." Dunbar answered. "All various classes and all privately owned and crewed. Should I grant them parking spots?"

Not so trusting, Kehlani ran all the transponder numbers, finding them all to be legal and without too much trouble from any one of them. A few minor run-ins with authorities, but nothing abnormal nor serious. "We have no right to deny them access, they're not troublemakers. Go ahead and set them in places, but transporters only. That way Security can double check each crew member for anything not showing on their Ident-codes."

"Will do, Commander." Devlin sent each vessel an all-clear, set up spots out of the travel lanes, and told them they would have to transport over either by their own transporter, or Starfleet's. Either way, they were to beam directly to an approved transporter room and undergo background scans if they are to come aboard M-69. There were some grumblings but no one put up an argument. Dunbar found it amusing. Something told him that certain members of their crews would not be coming over this trip. "Alright, they're all set and moving in, Commander."

"I'll have my husband have some Klingons follow them around, at a distance, while they are aboard M-69." Said Kehlani, breaking into a grin as she looked sidelong over at Devlin. "Ones he knows can be subtle. Not an easy thing for a Klingon."

Dunbar grinned in return. "I should think not. Although I've heard rumors that Klingon Intelligence is some of the best in the galaxy. When you lot need to be stealthy and sneaky you can."

Kehlani smiled, setting her gaze on the Lieutenant. "I shall neither confirm nor deny that bit of information. Good to know we're feared for more than just our martial prowess."

"Good to know you're on our side," Dunbar quipped. They both chuckled and continued to work.
