Capernum: 'The One'

Rogue went back to Ken's quarters after seeing to her business with Jynxza. There she felt an unyielding need to connect with her daughter. Standing at a viewport and staring off into space she dove deep into the Force and the connection between mother and child. Tears welled in her eyes as she stood there communing with Yui, feeling her daughter's strong heartbeat, her mind as it was even now being sharp and perceptive. The love for Yui and for Ken burned deep within Ro, a fire that would ignite like a volcano should anyone ever harm either of them. Speaking aloud, Ro let her daughter know these things despite the child being able to feel it all through their connection. "You are my Little Fox, Yui. Mama loves you deeply and will always be there to protect you. I will teach you to be strong, to be polite, to be rational. To be humble in all you do and to look out for others. I will show you light in the darkness and how to become that light yourself, for others to follow when they need it most."

Going quiet Ro brought out her PADD and tied it in to the stateroom sound system, picking a Babymetal ballad that she found to be perfect for singing to her daughter with the thoughts now running through her mind. So, aside from the chorus with the other female voices, Ro would sing the lyrics in place of the lead singer, Suzuka Nakamoto, or Sumetal. The Japanese were very focused on being polite and working together as humanity to better themselves and the world around them and this song fit that narrative. Plus, for Ro, she and Yui were one, and always would be. So, as the song progressed Ro sang to her daughter out loud, a song done in both Japanese and English together.

As she closed down from the song, Ro placed her hand on her daughter. "Shall we take a bath?" She felt elation from within and giggled lightly, knowing her daughter loved when Mama was in the bath. All of life's troubles left just outside the tub on the floor, with mama content and in a sphere of peace and positive energy while she soaked in steam, bubbles and bath beads of lavender. "Let's go, Little Fox."

Entering the bathroom, dressing down and running the water while adding the bubbles and beads, Ro then climbed in when it was full after removing all her hair pins and jewelry. Sinking down and finding her spot to lay back in the jacuzzi tub, the jets set for a light current of swirling water, the temperature gauge set to keep the water at the temp it was now, Ro leaned back and closed her eyes for even more communing with the Force and with Yui. She could feel Yui move around, then get comfy in the fetal position up against mama's abdominals, going into 'sleep' mode for the unborn fetus. If Rogue was a cat she would be purring right now.
